Important Notice: All of our products are baked in a single, busy kitchen where nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, soya, and eggs are handled daily. While we take strict precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free from trace amounts of these allergens.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the allergen information before placing an order. If you are sending a box as a gift, please ensure you are aware of the recipient's dietary requirements and inform them of our cross-contamination policies.

5. Delivery & Product Condition

Our products are designed for postal delivery across Australia. While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee: 1) Condition after transit Exposure to heat during delivery 2) Minor movement or cosmetic imperfections may occur.

6. Shelf Life & Storage

Best consumed within 3–5 days of delivery. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat In warmer conditions, refrigeration is recommended (bring to room temp before eating for best texture). We are not responsible for product quality if storage instructions are not followed.
