1. Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any baked goods. All of our letterbox bakes are made to order and dispatched fresh. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction, and if there is a genuine issue with your order, we are here to help make it right.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your bakes arrive damaged, or if you have received the wrong items, please let us know immediately. You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs of the damaged box, packaging, or incorrect items.
Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will happily arrange for a replacement box to be sent out as soon as possible, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
Because we bake everything to order, you can only cancel or amend your order (including changing the delivery address or personalized gift message) if we have not yet started the baking or dispatch process. We highly recommend reaching out at least 24 hours before your chosen dispatch date. Once an order has been handed over to our couriers, it cannot be canceled or changed.
4. Late or Missing Deliveries
While our custom boxes are designed to fit perfectly through 95% of standard letterboxes and do not require a signature, delivery delays can occasionally happen. If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us. We will work with our delivery partners to locate the package or arrange a speedy replacement.
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or canceled order, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.
