How long do the bakes stay fresh?
Our bakes are baked fresh to order and designed to last. They will stay delicious for up to 7 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. If you prefer, you can also freeze them for up to 3 months!
Will the box really fit through a standard letterbox?
Yes! Our custom-designed packaging dimensions are 22cm x 16cm x 2.5cm, which fits perfectly through most standard Australian letterboxes. No one needs to be home to sign for the delivery.
Can I request a custom theme or design?
Yes! If there’s a design you’d like that’s not listed on the site, just send us a message. We love creating something personal just for you.
How fast is delivery?
If you order before 4PM, we dispatch the very next working day. We offer express & standard delivery on our orders via Australia Post. As per Auspost guidelines, Express delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (Rural parts of Australia may take 3-4 business days). Standard delivery 3-5 business days Metro to Metro cities.
Can I include a personal gift message?
Of course! That's what we do best. You can add a personal, beautifully printed message inside the box absolutely free of charge. Just type your message in the text box before adding to your cart.
